The year
was 98' and it all began over
a formal conversation with relatives
Brandon (D.Y.G) Aubert, Jermel
(Jet Black) Jones and Damond
(Big Chief) Howlett. We were
all quite compelled by the music
industry so we just decided
to put all of piggy banks together
and make one big powerhouse.
In 02' we put out an independent
release on Jet Black and it
sold absolutly well selling
over a thousand units out the
trunk, then in 03' we decided
to bring along former GWK, Priority
Records artist Young Murder
Squad and they sold over two
thousand units. Taupnoych records
took a two year hiatus and came
back and hit u with the forthcoming
release of the Y.G Renegade
project which also featured
future artist Yung Lost. In
06' Taupnoych is going make
noise with a new project from
Y.G and Yung Lost (untitled)
also with the return of Jet
Black and a couple of movies
under our belt. And not to mention
the Super Producers Dollaboyz
coming with that fire be looking
out for them on future projects
from Omarion and Marques Houston
and the Dollboyz album with
ya boy G-yak!!!
